Hello PJTC,

The July heat wave is behind us and the hot August nights are on the horizon (with apologies to Neil Diamond)...which means your PJTC Men's Club (MC) year is underway.

By now you should have received (via email and/or snail-mail) our membership letter giving you several easy ways to join/rejoin MC. If you haven't joined for the 2923-24 year I'll make it simple: just by clicking on this link you'll be directed to our sign-up page. Go ahead...I'll wait.

By joining, you are letting the Jewish youth and youth organizations in our community know that you want to support them engaging in Jewish educational and social activities. Additionally your membership lets us know that you want us to continue with our programming, along with fostering friendships and bonding opportunities.

We are kicking off our busy year on August 13 with our annual end-of-summer swim party and bbq for USY/Kadima-aged kids, parents and siblings. This now yearly tradition will be hosted at the home of Stacy and Stuart Miller. Current MC Board members will be on hand to prepare all the bbq necessities so if you have children (or grandchildren) in the age group, then look for upcoming information and come be part of a fun day.

One more pitch for membership: Our two higher tiers of membership come with automatic entries in our NFL Football pool and with football season just weeks away you'll most certainly want to beat the rush!

Wherever you are or whatever you're doing in August, be safe, be healthy and be happy. Looking forward to seeing all of you very soon.
