New At PJTC: Hiking Group
Charlie Brenner, Phil Callahan and Claire Gorfinkel are interested in starting a monthly PJTC hiking group (which could be more frequent if people are interested) on local trails. We are thinking of moderate, interesting hikes of about 5 miles lasting 2.5-3 hours on Sunday mornings starting at 8:30. The first outing will be the Sam Merrill Trail to Echo Mountain (#24 in "Trails of the Angeles"), on Sunday, May 30. We will meet at the trailhead at the top of Lake Ave, at 8:30am.
Please email if you plan to come so we will know to watch for you. Also email if you are interested in the hiking group, but cannot make this first venture.
