Rabbi Jason Mann Bio

After completing 30 years of medical practice as a Hematologist and Oncologist, Dr. Mann began an exploration of the field of spiritual care. This led him to train to become a Hospital Chaplain and Spiritual Director, and to Rabbinic Ordination from the Aleph Alliance for Jewish Renewal.

Rabbi Mann focuses his classes and spiritual direction work on helping others find their connection to the sources of deepest meaning in their lives. He sees his role as a spiritual director and teacher as a time of providing compassionate presence and discernment. Rabbi Mann believes everyone has a unique spiritual journey. His hope is that by working or studying with him, you will be able to remove any obstacles that are preventing you from accessing the sacred spaces in your life. He shares his life with his wife Bhavani, his two children Gideon and Elana and his four grandchildren, Nina, Teo, Max and Gabriella.
