Welcome to PJTC!

PJTC is a 475-member intergenerational congregation based in beautiful Pasadena, California. Our members hail from throughout the San Gabriel Valley area. We have a vibrant religious school, and share our campus with the Jewish Day School, Weizmann Day School, and Preschool, B’nai Simcha.

PJTC has a long history, and is one of the oldest in the area. Over the many years, other congregations have merged with us, which has provided us with a diverse and rich community.

PJTC seeks to include and accept all those who wish to worship, study, or develop cultural or social ties to Judaism and we warmly welcome interfaith, LGBTQ and non-traditional families into our community.

Our religious services are spiritually uplifting with beautiful music, meaningful participation, prayer, study, along with opportunities for connection, followed by a friendly Oneg Shabbat afterwards.

It is our hope that you will want to join us as we continue to build our warm and welcoming community, and participate with us in any number of our extensive programs.
